For GPT’s Queen & Collins leasing campaign, BVN REAL were engaged to produce a comprehensive Virtual Leasing tool.

GPT’s Queen & Collins workplace precinct is a new type of place where people and businesses can thrive by expressing their individuality.
OUR APPROACH
We created a virtual leasing tool that is designed to be presented to potential tenants on a large touch-enabled screen. To ensure a seamless presentation experience, this interactive application was produced entirely in the Unreal Engine game development platform. At the heart of the tool is over 10,000 square meters of navigable virtual tours covering internal spaces and the streetscape, 7 building entrances and tenant journeys, 3 commercial floors with interactive fitout options, and 12 retail tenancies. From this virtual model, we delivered an additional 3 x 90-second flythrough movies and 100’s of still image snapshots.
In addition, the tool contains all of the other collateral that the leasing team could possibly need in an interactive and dynamic format that allows them to choose their own adventure and customise every potential tenant's journey.
Outcome
It was a massive collaboration with GPT, Frost*Collective, Kerstin Thompson Architects, BVN and Knight Frank We worked tirelessly with the development managers, leasing agents, and the broader team to produce a dynamic presentation tool that was tailored to their exact needs, and has changed the way that they lease retail and office space.
While designed to be presented in the Melbourne leasing suite, it also works great over Zoom meetings, providing a “lockdown proof” alternative when necessary.
